City Center Salt Lake Kolkata

Ok so what is so unique about the picture? Nothing as such. This is a distant view of City Centre. For me, I was standing in the sun, sweating looking at the dark grey clouds and knowing it would rain soon.

Vishwakarma Puja

On 18th September 2007, IBM Staff celebrated Vishwakarma Puja. For me it was a first time experience. Interesting - Taxis, Autos were off the roads. People would not touch machines. They worshipped the machines that day and flew kites.

Vishwakarma is is the presiding deity of all craftsmen and architects.
